These terms apply to your use of the Quran Study Center website and to online classes provided by Quran Study Center. By using the site or enrolling in classes, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide live, one-on-one online Quran education, including Noorani Qaida, Quran reading and Tajweed, memorization, tafsir, Arabic and Islamic studies. Course descriptions, ages and durations are indicative; the teacher will confirm a suitable plan after assessment.

Trials and enrollment

The first trial class is free and creates no obligation. Enrollment begins only when you agree to a plan and complete payment. Plans are per student and are billed monthly or annually as agreed at enrollment.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Classes are scheduled by agreement between the student and teacher. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Classes missed without notice may be counted as delivered, at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate time-zone differences, illness and emergencies.

Payment and cancellation

Fees are stated on the pricing page or agreed in writing. Plans may be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice; lessons already delivered remain chargeable. New enrollments are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, under which you may request a refund of fees for lessons not yet delivered.

Student conduct

Students and parents are expected to treat teachers with respect, attend on time and maintain a suitable learning environment. Abusive, harassing or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of lessons.

Children and parental responsibility

Enquiries and enrollments for students under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising the learning environment and may observe lessons.

Intellectual property

Course materials, website content and branding belong to Quran Study Center or their respective owners. You may use materials for personal learning but may not republish or resell them without permission.

Educational disclaimer

We teach in line with mainstream Sunni scholarship and take accuracy seriously. However, our courses are educational and do not replace the judgement of a qualified local scholar on personal or legal matters. We do not guarantee a particular grade, timeline or outcome; progress depends on the student's effort and consistency.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quran Study Center is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in classes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
